After ascertaining the matter, we will share our response with a suitable resolution. In case the resolution is likely to take longer time, we will share regular updates on the status of your complaint.

In case your concerns remain unaddressed for more than 7 days, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Officer at the address mentioned below:

In case you do not revert for any further clarification within 2 weeks of the complaint resolution date, we shall treat the complaint as closed at our end.
